  • Email me at with your height, weight (taken before breakfast with no clothes on) and your activity levels (see below).  Let me know which number relates to you.
  • Let me know if you wish to lose weight or maintain your current weight.
  • Wait for my response with your Personalised Nutrition Plan and Food Lists.
  • Attend both group video calls to ensure you maximise your knowledge. (I will possibly do one for the States and one for the UK.  Hopefully NZ can fit in with one of those!)
  1. Sedentary (little or no exercise)                   
  2. Lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week)                
  3. Moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week)                     
  4. Very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week)                    
  5. Extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training)
