I operate a portion of my business out of a Fitness First Platinum gym in Willoughby, Sydney and am available there on a Tuesday and Thursday. For the remainder of the week I am mobile and can come to your home, a local park or online. Where there's a will there's always a way. :)
I work with all ages of people from teenagers to those well into their 70s. Big, small, weak, strong. They all come to, in some way, better themselves and they know that what they hope to achieve they simply don't have the knowledge to do on their own. Whether it be to gain confidence as a young woman through strength training, weightloss during (what can be) the tumultuous years of menopause, or flexibility and balance for those of us who are further on in our years.
As far as I'm concerned, we all need the same things no matter our age: corrective exercise to manage our muscular imbalances that come from repetitive movements we do each day, training in self myofascial release (aka foam rollering) and stretching, strengthening of our muscles and core, balance and flexibility plus the ability to move well in all plains of motion.
These are the services I currently offer:
- One-on-one Personal Training - one hour, 45 minute and 30 minute sessions
- Nutrition and Holistic Health Coaching
- Small group Personal Training - maximum of 4 people in the gym, 10 - 15 outside of the gym
- Small group Weight Loss/Health Coaching - maximum of 4 people in the gym, groups of up to 10 outside of the gym
- Combination of Personal Training and Nutrition/Health Coaching
- Workplace nutrition/lifestyle workshops/seminars
